Instructions

1) Input your target (goal) Fitness Test run time

2) Enter the distance of your Fitness Test (i.e. 1.5 mi for USAF, 2.0 mi for USA)

3) Click SUBMIT

4) Target Test Paces = your goal test time broken into into 100m, 200m and 400m paces

5) Training Output Level Paces are used in AFTERBURNER workouts
